Guidance rooted in Creativity, Intuition,
Energy, and Nature connection

- For children, teenagers and young adults -

During the guidance sessions with children and young people, I work with playful activities tailored to them in the areas of creativity, nature, intuition, and mindfulness. These offer an accessible way to relax and gently bring attention to what is alive in their inner world. There is space to share experiences, without pressure to “fix” anything. They are allowed to simply be themselves - quiet or playful, feeling or exploring - within a safe, calm, and supportive environment. Through creative expression, connecting with nature, and being present in the moment, experiences can be processed and integrated naturally into daily life.

Balancing energy is subtly woven into the sessions. The methods I use include intuitive drawing, nature-based activities, and simple grounding and awareness exercises. Through this, children and young people learn to better feel, regulate, and set boundaries for their own energy. They become more aware of external stimuli and strengthen their intuition — their inner compass. Within this natural flow, space is created to release tension, recharge, and experience greater balance. Whatever is needed in the moment is allowed to unfold naturally.

What do we do during the sessions?

The various components that can be covered during sessions with the children are:

  • Creative expression | Creative mindfulness

  • Nature connection | Nature art

  • Mindfulness & Meditation | Energy in balance

  • Intuition development & Perception training

These elements are usually interwoven in a natural way. In consultation with parents, more or less emphasis can be placed on specific aspects, depending on a child or teenager needs. I work one-on-one so that there is full attention. All sessions can be taken individually; only the intuition and perception training is offered as a series of six sessions.

Creative expression
& Creative mindfulness

Creativity offers children and young people a gentle and accessible way to connect with their emotional world. What wants to be seen takes shape – in complete freedom. Whether it’s about processing experiences, finding calm, or simply making space in your mind and enjoying yourself.

During the sessions, the artistic aspect is expressed in many different ways: intuitive painting, collage-making, drawing with sand, working with natural materials or clay - always tailored to what suits them. I combine this with elements of creative mindfulness and guided creative processes, which help them settle into their bodies and encourage self-expression in a playful way. These processes activate the right hemisphere of the brain while allowing the left hemisphere (analytical thinking) to rest. This creates space for imagination, feeling, and flow. With curiosity and wonder, we explore nature together. We awaken our senses; we look, feel, smell, and listen - and allow ourselves to be surprised by whatever we encounter, big or small. Clouds that transform into animals, the texture of tree bark beneath our fingers, the scent of flowers that makes you smile, a snail slowly finding its way and inviting you to pause for a moment, or the sunlight that dances on the water like tiny stars.

Nature has proven healing effects; it helps you to slow down, feel more grounded, reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost your immune system. A beautiful combination is mindfulness and nature. By connecting with nature, the earth, trees, plants, and animals, you naturally enter a calmer state of being.

Nature is a living studio full of inspiring materials - in terms of shape, color, and texture - and offers creatively stimulating spaces. During “creative nature experience,” we create temporary nature art using natural materials that can be found in the current season – such as leaves, twigs, chestnuts, small stones, etc. A wonderful opportunity to explore nature’s treasures and create something unique!

Meditation & Mindfulness

Through playful mindfulness, short meditations, and awareness exercises, children and young people discover their feelings, emotions, thoughts, and energy levels in a lighthearted way. At their own pace, they learn to sense what's happening in their inner world and to trust this as an anchor in the busy outside world.

They learn to manage stimuli, ground themselves more deeply, and be more consciously present within themselves. Some children perceive subtle things on an energetic or intuitive level. Within the guidance, there is space for this - without judgment - so they can learn to relate to it in a supportive and positive way.

Within a calm and attuned space, we work with the energy of the child or young person. Through energy guidance, i support them in releasing tension, regulating their energy, and restoring their natural flow. At the same time, they learn simple tools they can also use independently.
We use playful visualizations, breathing techniques, body scans, mindfulness exercises, and sometimes colorful crystals that invite curiosity and wonder. These versatile exercises are easy to incorporate into daily life and help them experience greater inner calm.

Intuition development
&
Perception training

In this innovative intuition and perception training, children and young people joyfully learn to deepen and strengthen their connection with their intuition, their inner compass, through exercises - for example using a lightproof eye mask - they experience what it's like to perceive with all their natural senses. They discover how to strengthen their intuitive knowing and learn to see beyond ordinary sight ("seeing without eyes"): through feeling, hearing, smell, their intuitive knowing, and clear awareness. In this way, they discover a source of wisdom within themselves!

Many children and young people develop greater self-confidence and emotional stability through this training. When limiting beliefs or doubts arise during the sessions, i guide them in a light way to recognize and release them. Old beliefs make way for trust in their own abilities and wonder at what they are capable of.

Young children naturally carry their intuition within them, but due to influences from the outside world it can sometimes fade into the background. In our society and educational system, the left hemisphere of the brain is often strongly stimulated. Through fun and varied exercises, we work on creating a better balance and cooperation between the right hemisphere (intuition, senses, feelings, creativity) and the left hemisphere (cognitive thinking and analysis). A balance between knowing and feeling. This holistic training offers them new insights and a deeper connection with themselves, allowing them to feel more complete and balanced. With curiosity and joy, we explore and experience together!

This intuition and perception training is offered as a series of six sessions and can also be taken as a standalone series, separate from the other components.

Who is it for?

You can contact me with children, teenagers and young adults who;

  • have a need for relaxation, grounding, and balance

  • enjoy being creative or want to explore their own form of expression

This program is also well-suited for children and young people who, for example:

  • become easily overstimulated or feel overwhelmed

  • are sensitive and perceive a lot

  • experiencing sleep difficulties

  • feel different or are searching for their place and sense of self

  • for children who feel the school system is less suitable for them, or who temporarily need a different pace

  • feel somewhat out of balance for a period of time
